The sole objective of the Program is to gather feedback, insights, and data prior to any decision to establish commercial production, licensing, or market launch. Participation is intended for research and evaluation purposes only.

Members expressly acknowledge and agree that:
From time to time, separate and independent entities may offer opportunities to participate economically in specific products that originated within the Program. Any such opportunity:

Members acknowledge that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to:
Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to participate responsibly and within their personal limits.

The Program reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct inconsistent with the Program’s purpose or values.
All concepts, products, designs, trademarks, and materials remain the sole property of their respective owners.
By providing feedback, members grant the Program and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such feedback for research, development, and commercialization purposes without compensation.
The Program may modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of membership or the Program at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by the Program, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By participating and becoming a Grow Dirty Member you acknowledge that you:
All membership fees, dues, or payments are final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Because membership provides access to a research, beta testing, and market analysis platform—and not the sale of goods or guaranteed services—no returns, chargebacks, or refunds will be issued for:
